This review is from: J Series 11 600 BTU 26" Built-In Room Air (Kitchen) I Purchased 2 of these A/C's when They arrived I took them to the Job to install. Opened the Box and to my surprise both units did not come with an outer metal housing. I feel that should have been in the specs or description of the ITEM!!!!!!!!!! Who buy's the Gutts only?
